5k Handicap Rules

 

  1. First place will get 10 points, second place 9 points e.t.c until 9th place gets 2 points
  2. If you run a handicap race you will get 1 point for that race.
  3. If this is your first handicap, you can’t win. If you place first you will swap with second place.
  4. If you help with timing a handicap you will get 5 bonus points to your handicap total. You can help with timing for multiple races, but you will only receive the bonus points for one race.
  5. The winner of the competition for 2021 is the person with the most amount of points at the end of the year.
